Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This page explains the very limited way this site uses them.
Security notice: use official contacts only
For your safety, every communication about this site and every payment must go through the official contact details given on this site: the forms on www.highlandcattlemarket.com and our email info@highlandcattlemarket.com.
We will never ask you to pay through a link, phone number, email address or social media account that is not listed on this site. Payment instructions only come from an @highlandcattlemarket.com email address. If someone claims to represent Highland Cattle Market through any other channel, do not send money or personal details. Email us at info@highlandcattlemarket.com to check first. See our Terms of Use.
The short version
Visitors browsing listings, reading guides or sending an inquiry are not given any advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We do not follow you around the web and we do not sell data to advertisers.
Cookies we use
- Admin sign-in cookie (strictly necessary). Used only when our own staff sign in to manage listings. It keeps them signed in and expires automatically. Regular visitors never receive it.
- Security and performance. Our hosting provider may set short-lived technical cookies needed to deliver the site safely and protect it from abuse.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work, they do not need your consent.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The public parts of the site will keep working if you do.
Changes and contact
If we ever add other cookies, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. See also our Privacy Policy. Questions? Email info@highlandcattlemarket.com.
